[Bug 1012989] [NEW] Ubuntu 12.04: key assignments that don't work

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I have assigned the CTL+ALT+keys 1 to 0 and - and = to automatically
switch to workspaces 1-12.

I used System Settings / Keyboard to do this, and the allocations show.

However, whilst 1-0 work, - and = do not
