Attached is a patch that queries distro-info in case of not finding the
suite script. Therefore newer suites will be supported without updating
debootstrap (if distro-info is installed). Nothing will change in case
of not having distro-info installed. Therefore you can still bootstrap
Debian without having distro-info. In addition to applying this patch,
debootstrap should suggest or recommend distro-info.

Bug description:
  debootstrap includes hard-coded information about Debian and Ubuntu
  distribution releases in /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts/$SUITE.  This
  volatile information should be carved out to and maintained in the
  distro-info package instead.
