Title:
Graphviz version should be upgraded for Lucid

Status in “graphviz” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: graphviz

The Graphviz version in Lucid (10.04) is still 2.20, which is some
years old and contains a number of known issues. The problems with
using such an old version has come up on the graphviz-interest list
multiple times, I could dig up the following with a few minutes of
  googling:

  https://mailman.research.att.com/pipermail/graphviz-interest/2009q1/005975.html
  https://mailman.research.att.com/pipermail/graphviz-interest/2010q1/006738.html
  https://mailman.research.att.com/pipermail/graphviz-interest/2009q2/006274.html
  https://mailman.research.att.com/pipermail/graphviz-interest/2010q3/007195.html

I know that Maverick and Natty are going to have version 2.26, why not
give the same version to Lucid - as it's an LTS release, we'll be
using it for years and have the same problem. There should not be any
major dependency issues, at least the Ubuntu packages on graphviz.org
work just fine on my systems, I would just like to have an
installation I can manage properly from apt.
