* wrong version number used: should be 1.6-2ubuntu1
* wrong target distribution: should be raring
* maintainer & original-maintainer fields are not updated

The debdiff attached is neither suitable as debian nmu in debian, nor as
a ubuntu patch in ubuntu.

Bug description:
  ed is used as an architecture-independent build-dependency but is not
  marked Multi-Arch: foreign

  This simple patch fixes that.

  It is needed to build patch for the arm64 bootstrap.
