[Bug 1100863] [NEW] Cannot upgrade Kubuntu 11.10 to 12.04

$ do-release-upgrade -c
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
No new release found

$ do-release-upgrade -c -p
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
New release '12.04 LTS' available.
Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to it.

$ do-release-upgrade -c -d
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
New release  '12.04.1 LTS' available.
Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to it.

I don't want to upgrade to proposed or devel releases. I want the stable
12.04 LTS, but "do-release-upgrade -c" shows no releases.

Other information:

$ lsb_release -rd

$ do-release-upgrade -V
