[Bug 1099916] [NEW] Installer crashes during preseeded raring desktop installations

Public bug reported:

Installer crashes during preseeded raring desktop installation. Error
removing ubiquity dialog with 'sub-process installed pre-removal script
returned error exit status 1' message is seen on the crash. (screen shot
attached) This occurs during amd64 and i386 installations and the
preseed file is attached herewith.

Though the logs corresponds to encrypted-home installation, the same
crash occurred during default installation and oem installation as well.
