Bug description:
Today's 20130111 raring server installations fail because of unmet
dependencies. linux-headers-server have unmet dependencies and the
following error occurs.

Jan 11 16:16:28 in-target: linux-headers-generic : Depends: linux-headers-3.8.0-0-generic but it is not installable

Jan 11 16:16:28 base-installer: error: exiting on error base-installer/kernel/failed-install
This occurs with both amd64 and i386 servers.
Though this is probably a known issue and being fixed, the bug is
reported to associate it to the daily smoke test failure.
