I'm really out of my depth here, that is I know almost less than nothing
about syslinux or the linux kernel, but this may be a duplicate of bug
#1077822. But I'll leave that decision to those who know what they're
doing ;^)

  Raring daily ISO does not boot

Status in “syslinux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The Raring iso: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20121124/raring-desktop-amd64.iso does not boot it starts up with the first purlple background screen with the little white logo on the bottom then some detected USB devices are displayed on terminal and it stoppes without going on, see attached photo.
  I tried to boot form DVD and USB key (both persistent and non persistent ones) but I have the same problem.
  I also tried to boot without the Logitech USB receiver, but it does not start all the same and stopps on USB storage entry.
