Title:
New Restart Required alert doesn't follow GNOME HIG

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-notifier

Following GNOME HIG, as Ubuntu software for GNOME should do, the
  "Restart Required" is an alert.

  Alerts are described here: http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-
  book/stable/windows-alert.html.en

The current alert (attached as screenshots) lacks the following:
   * "Alert windows have no titles, as the title would usually unnecessarily duplicate the alert's primary text": current alert has a title
   * "The primary text provides the user with a one sentence summary of the information or suggested action [...] Every alert has primary text, displayed in a bold font slightly larger than the default.": there is no primary text in this alert.
   * "A confirmation alert uses the stock warning icon."

Plus, but not directly related to HIG, buttons don't follow the "no
show icons" default in GNOME 2.28
