The logs indicate that you have ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates and xorg-
edgers/ppa installed in your system. Those PPAs doesn't support
upgrading from one release to another.

Please use ppa-purge to remove those PPAs and retry:
sudo ppa-purge ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa
sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
