[Bug 1124046] [NEW] The system can not boot if a any VG has many LVs (500 and more)

The problem occurs when  executes 85-lvm2.rules because vgchange is
works for long time (1,5 -2 min) and udevd is killing vgchange.

The problem occurs in udev 175
udev 151 has no problem.
