[Bug 1122107] [NEW] I can't select "Require my password to log in" and "Encrypt my home folder" at the same time

In Kubuntu 12.04.2 I tried to select "Require my password to log in"
and "Encrypt my home folder" at the same time, same as in normal Ubuntu
installation. However it is not possible. When I selected one option I
can't select another one.
