[Bug 1119711] [NEW] The dialog "The computer needs to restart to...." leads to restarting the system inadvertently

Public bug reported:

The dialog (see attached screenshot) looks exactly like the standard
dialog you get when all updates are finished BUT the button which
"normally" just closes update manager now RESTARTS the system. I concede
that it is correctly labeled but it is misleading and needs at least a
different color...
