Title:
Remove more language packs for 12.04.2
Status in “live-build” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Status in “live-build” source package in Precise:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Several changes in Ubuntu 12.04.2 have led to significant image size
increases on amd64 and i386:
* lts-quantal kernel
* lts-quantal X.org stack
* UEFI Secure Boot (amd64 only)
To accommodate this, we'll need to remove another language from each
of these architectures. The next on the list are Portuguese from i386
and Spanish from amd64. See bug 1035164 for a previous instance of
this and why we can't do it in a more normal way.
[Test Case] Build i386 and amd64 Ubuntu desktop images for precise,
and check that Portuguese and Spanish (respectively) are not included.
