[Bug 1112448] [NEW] debconf-communicate crashed with SIGSEGV in Perl_sv_upgrade() soon after precise amd64 installation

Public bug reported:

The crash occurred when firefox was opened soon after the installation
of 20130201 precide amd64 desktop on a VM using virt-manager using KVM.

Steps:
1. Install precise desktop 20130201 amd64
2. Reboot after the installation and login
3. Double click firefox (twice): There was the warning pop up saying 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding...'
4. Crash occurred at this point
