[Bug 1264693] [NEW] orca display manager UPDATE to saucy 13.10 eliminates unity launcher and panel

Public bug reported:

Unity launcher and panel disappear after Orca display UPDATE to a fresh
install of saucy 13.10. Using ThinkPad X220, also a pc with amd64, AOC
monitor. (Fresh install, then update manager, if un-select Orca, it was
fine. Then rebooted, and problem came back. Problem is still there even
with re-install from live usb.)
