[Bug 1264381] [NEW] Cryptsetup/LVM should not complain about missing crypopts option

Public bug reported:

The Message: "cryptsetup: lvm fs found but no lvm configured" should not come up anymore, when not have any cmdline_cryptopts=
in our kernel parameters.

Setting up a lvm2 volume group, also for crypted volumes, is a job of
udev now, by my understanding!

** Affects: initramfs-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
