Tried to upgrade virtualbo-4.2.x.x.x. through Software Center το 4.3χχχχ that I've downloaded earlier. 
1) Double clicked .deb
2) Software Center reported 'Packaege will brake'
3) Closed Software Center
4) Launched Software Center to uninstall the Virtualbox 4.2 
5) Software Cneter reported broken package and proposed to fix it
6) After clicking yes :  crash report generated
