It seems that upstream python-keyring just dropped this and didn't
account for backwards compatibility.

The new setting should be like this:
[backend]
#default-keyring=keyring.backend.UncryptedFileKeyring # old value
default-keyring=keyring.backends.file.PlaintextKeyring
