I forgot to set locale so the apt-get "gettext"-ed parts of output into
ko_KR, but does it make this ticket invalid??

Bug description:
Under sources.list, no custom ppas are found and there seems to be no
reason why the upgrade doesn't work.

There was problem with do-release-upgrade, and it happened repeatedly
and every time I make an attempt to upgrade the version.
