This is because the package does not exist.  It needs to be removed from
command-not-found so it doesn't suggest it.

Status in “command-not-found” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  after typing in "$ sudo apt-get install glchess" and then apt-get
  telling me:glchess is already the newest version

  I then type in "glchess" and I am told: $ glchess
  The program 'glchess' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
  sudo apt-get install glchess

  Even though it is obviously already installed.
