  samba should ignore backup configuration files

Bug description:
  Samba should ignore files like /var/lib/samba/usershares/name~ or name~1~ or name.~1~. Eg.
  # net usershare info --long
  info_fn: file /var/lib/samba/usershares/kb$~ is not a well formed usershare file.
  info_fn: Error was Bad sharename (doesn't match filename).
