[Bug 1218299] [NEW] Install Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS crashes after configuring language packs (german)

Public bug reported:

I started Install Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS out of a test session from the
Desktop icon. Prior to this I installed a Canon PIXMA MG3250 printer and
scanner driver from their web site. I don't know if this is connected to
the installer crash.
