[Bug 1218170] [NEW] U1: Set up other Online Accounts too

Public bug reported:

While I do have a Ubuntu One account (obviously since it's also a
Launchpad account), I have accounts at several of the Online Accounts
services. It makes sense to allow me to set up those accounts too while
I install Ubuntu.

On the other hand, if Ubuntu One ever gets the magical ability to store
credentials for other Online Accounts services and sync those, then
maybe this proposed feature isn't needed.

For a different implementation of the easy setup of Online Accounts, see
GNOME's "Inital Setup" module. Unfortunately it hasn't yet been packaged
for Debian or Ubuntu. It uses the traditional Fedora method of having
the Anaconda installer only ask system-level questions for the install
and waiting until first log in to ask the user questions. While I
usually prefer Ubuntu's unified approach, GNOME's does allow for new
user accounts to also get asked the Initial Setup questions.

https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-initial-setup but it's probably
easier to just run the latest Fedora live DVD.
