I checked, and it's indeed missing.  Current versions of PyQt4 use
chart_rc2.py and chart_rc3.py, which are present, so this bug is not
applicable to the current release.

Bug description:
  /usr/share/doc/python-qt4-doc/examples/itemviews/chart/chart_rc.py is
  missing, so the itemview chart example doesn't work.
