Problem:
I have installed a fresh Kubuntu based on Ubuntu 13.04. I have an DVD-RAM that contains a LUKS-crypto-container (crypto_LUKS) which in turn contains an UDF file system. When I insert the DVD-RAM in the device, KDE does not recognize that it is a LUKS encrypted device and, hence, KDE is not able to mount the UDF file system. It also does not display a dialog to enter the passphrase to unlock the LUKS crypto container.
To debug this to an extent, I have started "udisks --monitor-detail" to
check if an event is generated to inform the KDE device notification
system about the inserted DVD-RAM. The command displays these
information:

According to the usage and type (crypto_LUKS), all information are available but the KDE device notification system does not seem to handle them. Please advice! Thanks.
