i am a new user to this and have not yet learned much. have been happy with it and did not know i had a problem untill it told me there was. 
the only problem that i know of is that it locks up every once in a while while i am on the internet. usually while or shortly after watching a video.
i feel that windows is the biggest virus out there, and i am so happy not to be using it anymore.
