The user who reported this did not understand at the time of the bug
report that 'space' and 'enter' have different behavior in 'more'.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: util-linux

  using cedict.u8 extracted from:
  http://www.mdbg.net/chindict/export/cedict/cedict_1_0_ts_utf-8_mdbg.zip

  If you run on the command line:
  cat cedict.u8 |more

  It displays 1 screen of data from the file, but every time you push
  'enter' after that, instead of displaying 1 additional screen of data
  at a time, it displays 1 additional line at a time.

  This is reproducible every time the file contains multibyte utf8
  characters like 你好.
