  2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center
    Installed: 1:0.186.1
    Candidate: 1:0.186.1
    Version table:

  3) What you expected to happen
  Can see detail of the update.
  4) What happened instead
  Detail box is empty.
