  write error when attempting upgrade

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  when attempting to upgrade machine, I will get a write error: Err http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates/universe libkonq-common amd64 4:4.10.5-0ubuntu0.1
    Error writing to output file - write (28: No space left on device)

  even though there should be over 10GB of free space on the machine
