Public bug reported:

When I run Software Updater (update-manager) it shows "updated software is available for this computer do you want to install it now?" message. It lists empty content in "Details of update" section and it shows "2.4 mb will be downloaded in "Technical description" section. When I click "Install now" nothing installs. After I removed all the ppa except official raring ringtail, result is the same. I have Ubuntu 13.04 32bit based ZorinOS.
I need clarification about it. Might untrusted ppas break it ?

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
