The bug also appears if, at instalation beginning, I choose 'update
U13.04' and, running boot-repair, at the question

Desea eliminar GRUB2 de /boot/grup?

  Hi,
  I'm trying to install Ubuntu 13.04 in a brand-new Acer Aspire E1-571. 
  I'm now in Legacy Mode. I run Boot-Repair. 

  I've made the following choices:

  Arranque en Modo Legacy - Reintentar después a Modo EFI ---> S (Yes)

  Configuración de Grub-PC - Desea Eliminar Todos los Archivos de Grub 2
  ---> N (No) (Default option)

  The Error is: 
  "No se escribió un informe «apport» porque el mensaje de error indica que es un mensaje de error asociado a un fallo previo.
                                             Se encontraron errores al procesar:
   grub-efi-amd64
   grub-efi
  E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)"

  Information about error:
