This bug only happens when wallpaper.c is used to display the wallpaper.
wallpaper.c is used to display the wallpaper in Precise, but not in
Raring or UbuntuKylin 13.04.

Bug description:
Wallpaper is stretched during installation and oem-config with a wide
  screen monitor.

This bug affects ubiquity from precise. We backported UbuntuKylin
Raring to Precise and met this issue. The background image of
UbuntuKylin has a logo in the shape of round circle. But it is
  stretched into an oval.
