Title:
initctl show-config in ephemeral chroot causes dmesg spam
Status in “upstart” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
If you run "initctl show-config" (as invoke-rc.d does) in an ephemeral
chroot and then exit the chroot, upstart spews the following to the
ringbuffer:
[ 320.727922] init: /var/lib/schroot/mount/saucy-
amd64-c37a7915-49b3-41c1-a79e-e70c379c37fd/etc/init: Configuration
directory deleted
At best, this is a cosmetic log nuissance, at worst, I suppose it
points to a bug where I imagine upstart shouldn't actually be laying
its grubby mitts on my chroot in the first place.
