Again, the program has been renamed.  The old name no longer applies
and the package gcalctool is transitional.

That has nothing to do with software-center.  Accept that names are
changing, these are not bugs per se.

Bug description:
  I do have gnibbles installed, I can even start it with the Launcher and with the gnome-nibbles command in the terminal, but issuing "gnibbles" says it's not installed even thou apt-cache policy is telling me it is installed. Is this a gnibbles bug or an apt-get one?
  Are other packages affected too?
