I tried entering directly into Firefox the URL provided when apport-
collect first started:

Launchpad denied permission. Even after logging out of Launchpad and
back in again, I got the same permission denied error:

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  in the middle of the upgrade i got the messege - "the upgrade will
  continue but the wlinux-image-3.8.0-19-generic package may not be
  working state". and in the white window - "subprocess installed post-
  installation script returned error exit status 2".
