This is not a bug in mountall, but instead shows that something went
wrong with the package manager when upgrading the package. There's not
enough information to say what happened for sure, but it definitely
looks like the package manager was interrupted mid-install. You can
probably fix this by running 'sudo apt-get install --reinstall mountall'
from the commandline.
