Thanks. There is another bug on that page. At the very bottom of the
page there is a sentence "More detailed technical instructions are
available on the Ubuntu wiki" which links to

it should be linking to https://help.ubuntu.com/13.04/installation-
guide/index.html

  If you read Ubuntu 13.04 Installation guide here:
  http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/install-desktop-latest

  in "Step 5" it says: "Not sure about this step? Windows users can use
  the Windows installer, which will install and uninstall Ubuntu in the
  same way as any other Windows application. It’s simpler and completely
  safe."

  and it links to wubi's homepage. However wubi is not supported for
  Ubuntu 13.04 and this sentence should probably be removed.
