[Bug 1174026] [NEW] installation guide for Ubuntu 13.04 refers to try wubi

If you read Ubuntu 13.04 Installation guide here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/install-desktop-latest

in "Step 5" it says: "Not sure about this step? Windows users can use
the Windows installer, which will install and uninstall Ubuntu in the
same way as any other Windows application. It’s simpler and completely
safe."

and it links to wubi's homepage. However wubi is not supported for
Ubuntu 13.04 and this sentence should probably be removed.
