Ubuntu-release-upgrader is not design to handle ppa 's in the upgrade
process.

I have not count exactly how much do you have had enabled, it may be arround 10.
For a successfull run, please disable the ppa 's and bring your system back to the official repositories.

If you feel that ubuntu-release-upgrader-core should be able to handle
also ppa 's you may want to go to

and give it a "also affects me" in the left upper corner.
