Ubuntu deviates from debian so a sync is not possible ( Ubuntu has a
number of patches debian has yet to apply ).  These particular patches
may be applied in Ubuntu, but not for raring as it is under feature
freeze.

  Some fixes have been pushed into 2.3.12 & 2.3.11-1:

  mainly that one:
  Cherry-pick upstream patches to fix the handling of GPT partition flags when modifying a GPT. This, most particularly fixes the handling of 'legagy BIOS    bootable'.
