Thank you for opening this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. I
corrected the affected package -- info is not part of coreutils.
But this is strange: info is a dependency of ubuntu-standard, which
means it is always installed (as long as ubuntu-standard is installed).
So, I have some questions for you:
1. How did you install Ubuntu?
2. can you please run 'apt-get depends ubuntu-standard', and paste the output here?
3. can you run 'apt-cache policy info', and paste the output here?
4. can you run 'dpkg -l info ubuntu-standard', and paste the output here?
Thank you.
** Package changed: coreutils (Ubuntu) => texinfo (Ubuntu)

Importance: Undecided => Low
** Changed in: texinfo (Ubuntu)
