Do you mean that when you click other locations in Italy, during the
installation process, that a city other than Rome is selected or not?

Bug description:
  Hello!

  I have installed on VirtualBox, Edubuntu amd64
  (ca0be2a3898a14b97fbad616b576ed6b *raring-dvd-amd64.iso 20130316).

  During installation, on the screen "Where are you?", I have selected
  an location (Canosa di Puglia, Apulia, Italy), different from default
  (Rome, Latium, Italy), but same timezone.

  EXPECTED RESULT: After installation, the location is set to "Canosa di
  Puglia".

  ACTUAL RESULT: After installation, the location is set to "Rome".
