Same issue here on Ubuntu 12.04 (3.2.0-40-generic-pae)

  after an "sudo apt-get upgrade " i get this :

  Vous pouvez lancer « apt-get -f install » pour corriger ces problèmes.
  Les paquets suivants contiennent des dépendances non satisfaites :
   python-dev : Dépend: python (= 2.7.3-0ubuntu2) mais 2.7.3-0ubuntu2.1 est installé
  E: Dépendances manquantes. Essayez d'utiliser l'option -f.
