Title:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: man-db

  As part of the update of the packages that I have  here are the
  following errors

  Emacs appears to have a broken dependency 
  sudo apt-get upgrade
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree

  You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.
  The following packages have unmet dependencies:

  And the update of mysql with the service running and not gives the following error
