[Bug 1164493] [NEW] Netboot Install (ARM Desktop) OMAP Fails To Bootstrap Past Orange Start Screen on BeagleBoard-xM

Public bug reported:

Followed the test case as written and wrote the Beta 2 image to chip.
Inserted the chip into the powered-down board.  Turned on monitor,
assured keyboard and mouse were hooked up, and powered up board.  Board
failed to get past orange power-on test screen and all board lights
remained lit.  Looks like a possible bootloader failure as the system
was working just fine with Xubuntu 12.04.2 beforehand.  Put my regular
chip back in and the board boot normally again.
