Apport said the bug was already reported and directed me to bug #1026349
(And then opened another window of update-manager with ONLY title.) I'm
using Lubuntu 13.04(amd64) and my kernel version:
3.8.0-16-generic-3.8.0-16.26. It just sits there at "Applying changes",
and if you click Details, it just sits there saying, "Preconfiguring
packages ...". Before I upgraded my kernel to 3.8.0-16.26, this bug
seems not appered.
