Bug description:
[Impact]
* Auto LVM recipe fails to install, if hostname matches one of
existing volume group names or devices under /dev/
[Test Case]
* Do not preseed default VG name & specify a hostname as clashing
with a device under /dev/, e.g. "port". Before the installation fails,
now "port-vg" VG name is used.
* Specify a clashing default VG name, e.g. port. Before the
installation fails, now a message appears that "This name is in use
already" and asks to select a different one.
[Regression Potential]
* Some systems may expect default VG group name to match the hostname
exactly. In those cases "partman-auto-lvm/new_vg_name" should be
preseeded explicitly to an expected value.
