Bug description:
  Updated Oneiric to Raring under VirtualBox, today looking for updates.

  The kernel update itself hangs at the point:
  Unpacking replacement app-install-data ...
  Unpacking linux-image-3.8.0-15-generic (from .../linux-image-3.8.0-15-generic_3.8.0-15.25_amd64.deb) ...

  And this is the end of the update process!
  Tsk needs no more CPU and/or RAM, hangs for minutes till i shut down the machine.

  After the reboot same problem with the upgrade process.
