When I boot my "Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS" the line "ADDRCONF" take long time
(20seconds):

[    3.169912] generic-usb 0003:413C:8158.0003: input,hidraw2: USB HID v1.11 Mouse [HID 413c:8158] on usb-0000:00:1a.0-1.2/input0
[   23.955756] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready


Alot of users have the same problem (google it).
